1.
As these nights come to an end, I’m afraid of my friends On these endless summer days, we’ll get washed up in the waves As we crash back down again, on the banks where it all began You’re my summer, I’m your haze Let’s get washed up in the waves

Arrows 02:31
I looked up from the top of the bottle Looked around, empty eyes, I saw nothing inside Old lady on the corner says to follow “Two blocks down, right hand side”, we went for a ride Too fucked up I shouldn’t be driving Parked the car and tied my shoes “It shouldn’t be far” I wasn’t worried when it started to rain and Back to the car, took a breath and went to the bar Take a walk, take a walk with me My girl ain’t never satisfied We’ll write our names in blood on the street Throw back the bottle, the taste is always sweet I looked up and you were standing with an arrow In your chest, I saw the blood, you wouldn’t get far I took you back to where the water was more shallow I spent some time, I read your mind I know what you are So messed up I shouldn’t be lying here From your lips, heard the words “I’ll be dead from my fears” I wasn’t worried when it started to rain and In late June I looked down and I was shot too Take a walk, take a walk with me My girl ain’t never satisfied We’ll write our names in blood on the street You know I’ll surrender, you know I’ll surrender it Like two killers on the rise We were more than just a little high We were feeling alright We were feeling out of sight
3.
Summer 03:00
The sun’s up and we’re cruising on downtown lanes Looking for fun, getting high off of summer’s rays Tell your mother, tell your wife We’ll be surfing at Kingston Point tonight Tell your brother, tell your dad It’s been a long time since we felt this rad We must have died on that summer day The gang’s here and we’re tailgating in the lot We’ve got beers, we’ve got buds, we’ve got sun The girls are looking for fun We must have died on that summer day You know I’ll see you when I see you next time Clouds move in but they ain’t gonna to stop us You know I’ll catch you on the other side I lie awake, still I’m dreaming of those eyes
4.
Celebrations 03:38
We’re on the kill tonight, it’s okay on this day We’ll slay them all, our masks of gold Witches young and old Clear as day I hear, Theme for a Jackal Piano lines blasting out on the stereo We’ll wear dark glasses at black masses There’s no sunshine but our hearts feel fine Dark glasses at black masses, there’s no sun But we’re having fun As we stepped out into the nightfall The time you gave me the creeps The dead were fleeting, above all, misleading I never want to lose your faith I hear the trails of screams in back of me I never want to lose that face You drive me so wild, you know I could die here today We survived this hell tonight We’ve been cast into the light At times when evil stories made Nights like this will never fade
5.
Friends 02:59
I see a light on the top of the mountain My eyes fixed on the dark of day I always knew you were one of the good ones Though you never had too much to say And you’d run We would chase love In the sun, your endless summer has begun You were the light but now it’s time To run, run, run I see the eyes of compassion and kindness To come greet me in the light day I always knew you were one of the great ones Though you’ve left this world You’ll always be my girl I feel your head rest on my feet I hear your toes tap on the street You were a star my friend We’ll catch you in the end I’ll catch you in the end
6.
The first time I looked into your eyes of blue My head was spinning, it was then I knew I never seen a boy in my life so fine I knew then and there Someday I’d have to make you mine You make me nervous when you would appear You take my breath away when you are near I never met a boy in my life so sweet Walking hand in hand as we’re dancing in the street I can’t forget the day we said goodbye When you cried out, I felt the tears in my eyes We’ll be together, I won’t say it’s the end Now we’re apart But you know my love will send Straight into your little heart You were no good for me but I didn’t care My love for you ain’t been no crystal stair I loved to watch you in the middle of the night I will surrender, I ain’t putting up a fight You know I still love you boy, forever
7.
Penance 03:01
Hope rides beside me with a shotgun A landscape so beautiful I just want to die Won’t you take me away to wherever you’re going? The beer’s on me tonight We need a fire but somewhere we lost the light It’s dark tonight Hope rides beside me with a hole in her head She’s got no regrets, she’s got no regrets We’re all naked in the desert sun Penance for the last night’s fun Tonight we’ll make another run Hope is still the rising sun Alone, alone, alone again Alone, these words were never meant Our bodies once kissed by the sun Lay dead in the street with Hope staring back at me Spent the summer days in reckless ways Searching for a glimpse of the better days As they sharpen their teeth, they greet us with a smile Hope rides beside me with a shotgun A landscape so beautiful I just want to die

Peep 02:12
I heard you singing I turned into a Martian Down on Franklin street I offered you a ride and you motioned “I’ll take you up on anything” She checked her lipstick, she’s gonna freak out One of these days you’ll see Before she panics turn the radio on There’s something about the way she sings Behind the door, paid vacation and the Gang of Four. Is there some place you have to be? She said “drop me here, by the bells on Main Street" She checked her pockets then she gathered her things and she made her way down North Front St. I shook my head, smiled, laughed through my teeth and then I hooked a left on Green. Spotted an old friend We used to raise hell back in ‘93 He hitched a ride and we were carrying on It reminds me how we used to sing to Paranoid, nervous breakdown, I want something more, give you nothing and you give me the creeps Like you always did Like the times we went crazy And I heard 13 songs riding downtown in my girls car and there's no place I'd rather be Just leave me here By the bells on Main St.
9.
The wind, it howls through branches In the summer’s pale light your face is damp with tears On his motorbike flying To hell we ride They found your body washed up on the shore Your cheeks as white as the sky, you couldn’t fake it Baby, you couldn’t fake it The pills couldn’t take the nightmares away You couldn’t stay on this earth You’re forsaken You couldn’t shake it Oh they loved you so much The fire at her heels put out by the waves He fell for you, you were just thirteen Heavy nights made for fucked up dreams On the telephone lines, you cried a thousand times Oh they loved you so much God he loved your teeth when you smiled She welcomed the fire, and walked through the flame With no one to blame You heard screams of glory up in the night sky Black leather jackets reflect neon lights Your heart burned so bright that you wanted to die On evil wings, we ride out tonight Oh they loved you so much God he loved your teeth when you smiled She welcomed the fire and walked through the flame With no one to blame

Always 02:53
At sunrise We’ll open our eyes and wipe the sleep away Good times are behind us The night’s been kind to us And now we’ll pay You go yours and I’ll go mine We’ll meet again the same place, the same time In your room At the place where we met in the park We walk alone we ain’t afraid of the dark And we’ll sing The future looks bleak from here so we’ll light it up The future looks grim but I’ve got a friend So we’ll be drinking till the summer ends We’ve been killing ourselves just to stay alive Dead inside, when I smile and I high five At place where we met in the dark We walk alone, we ain’t afraid of the park And we’ll sing......
